The lunch provided the opportunity for Juanita and Denisse, who do the admin work in REN, to meet with the members, collect membership fees and the lunch costs from those attending. I think that they know all of the members personally, who runs what business and how they are getting on.
REN had a busy week coming up, so time would be limited for me as they were all busy putting together the lunch with the new USA ambassador.
